2. The WPIC did not publish quarterly estimates for 2013 or the first two quarters of 2014. However, quarterly estimates from Q3 2014, to Q4 2016 are contained in previously published PQs which are freely available on the WPIC website. Quarterly estimates from Q1 2017 and half-yearly estimates from H1 2017 are included in Tables 3 and 4 respectively, on pages 14-15 (supply, demand and above ground stocks).
3. The 2019 forecasts are based on historical data and trends as well as modelling, with varying degrees of accuracy depending upon the supply or demand category. Investment demand is expected to be the least predictable segment. Some historical views are based on data and modelling that pre-date WPIC publication of PQ.
